I used Xperthomes to obtain a mortgage capacity report and was so glad that I chose them! What a breath of fresh air to find a company that doesn’t want to rip you off and actually wants to do a great job for you. My advisor, Bijal was more than helpful. She went the extra mile and worked over a weekend to get my report done. Xperthomes were very reasonably priced and did an amazing job for me, and it just goes to show that this is the way to run your business because I will now use them in the future and recommend them to all my friends.
